Verify with a lawyer. Not verified: check the following in the product's own documentation before deciding: licence-per-version, maturity.
The licence in brief
Fair Core License 1.0 (ALv2 future licence) (LicenseRef-FCL-1.0-ALv2)
Source-available (Fair Source). Any use is allowed except a 'Competing Use' – offering it in a commercial product or service that substitutes for it. Each version becomes Apache-2.0 two years after release.
What does LicenseRef-FCL-1.0-ALv2 mean?
The main branch (v3) uses the Fair Core License (FCL-1.0-ALv2), not an OSI licence. The latest release (v2.2.2, Jan 2025) may have different terms – check the licence of the exact version you use.
